- Personnel: refers to those individuals who are employed by Novaparent Surrogacy or are under contract to perform a service on our behalf.

6. Partageons-nous les informations collectées avec des tiers ?
We share personal information only with parties who provide services within your program, and only to the extent necessary to deliver those services. Specifically:
- Partner medical clinics in Kyiv, Lviv, Tbilisi, or Yerevan — for medical assessment and IVF/transfert d’embryon
- Legal counsel — for surrogacy contracts and birth-certificate processing in your destination country
- Accommodation providers — for your stay during transfert d’embryon or birth
- Service providers we engage for hosting, email, and customer service — under strict data-processing agreements
- Government or law-enforcement officials — only when legally required, in response to valid legal process
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your information with advertisers, marketing partners, or for marketing purposes unrelated to your program.
7. Transferts transfrontaliers de données
Novaparent Surrogacy is registered in Ukraine. To deliver our services to international clients, your personal data may be transferred between:
- Ukraine (our registration and primary office)
- Georgia or Armenia (when your program is in one of these countries)
- EU/EEA (where most of our clients reside)
- Other countries where partner service providers operate
Where data is transferred from the EU/EEA to Ukraine or other non-adequacy countries, we rely on appropriate safeguards under RGPD Article 46, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) with our service providers.
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, by using our services and providing your data, you consent to such cross-border transfer for the purposes described in this policy.
8. Comment utilisons-nous votre adresse e-mail ?
By submitting your email address, you agree to receive responses from us regarding your inquiry or program. We may also send periodic updates relevant to your program (only with your consent). You can withdraw consent for non-essential emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us directly.
We do not send unsolicited commercial emails. We do not use your email for advertising audience targeting on social media platforms.
9. Combien de temps conservons-nous vos informations ?
We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, and to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations:
- Inquiry data (consultation requests that did not lead to a program): up to 12 months
- Active program data: for the duration of the program plus 2 years for follow-up support
- Contractual and legal records: 7 years from the end of the program (Ukrainian law requirement)
- Tax and accounting records: 5 years from the end of the relevant tax year (Ukrainian law)
When we no longer need your information and there is no legal obligation to retain it, we will either remove it from our systems or anonymize it so you can no longer be identified.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information, including:

- Cloudflare CDN (planned): content delivery and DDoS protection. Cloudflare may process IP addresses and request metadata.
- Cloudflare Turnstile (planned): privacy-respecting CAPTCHA alternative for our contact form, replacing Google reCAPTCHA.
- Form-handling service (planned): for processing your contact form submissions.
We do not use: advertising pixels, social media tracking pixels, third-party advertising networks, retargeting/remarketing, Google Analytics, or Tag Manager.
